Snoskred - Life in the Country

The Other Half has been out fishing on a boat and he has brought home 3 fish which seemed to not be quite dead yet. And he doesn’t know how to filet them. I remembered watching a thing on sushi and how they kill the fish so at least they’re not alive now, but I couldn’t watch him do that.. ;(

So maybe there will be fish for dinner, or maybe not..

The kitties have spent the day basking in the warmth of the bedroom, it gets the full afternoon sun at the moment. We slept with the air conditioner on *heat* last night, that’s how cold it’s been. It’s not normal. I wanted to take photos of how cutely they were sleeping but the camera went on a boat trip. I was going to go too but I felt like I was getting a cold.

Speaking of not normal, I have a little video clip from a-ha for you. In the tradition of them making excellent video clips, they made this one a while back. It’s a little morbid, and slightly wrong, but I like that they don’t take themselves too seriously.. They look like they had a lot of fun making the clip, too.
