Wordpress Blog Hosting
Snoskred offers Wordpress blog hosting for $5 per month - payment is via paypal. You can choose to pay monthly or pay several months at once.
What is included?
- Blog Setup
- Assistance moving your blog from Blogger or another kind of blog, if required.
- A package of pre-installed plugins
- Pre-installed template - you choose the one you want, we install it for you.
- Creation of a header graphic for your blog
- Email addresses - via webmail or via pop3
What Are The Limits?
At this stage we are not placing MB limits. Blog hosting does not tend to take up a lot of space or bandwidth. If there was an occasion where your blog was using a lot of bandwidth we may discuss ways you can reduce your bandwidth use such as caching, using smaller images, showing less pages on your front page and other ideas. These are not just good for the server - these are good for reducing your page load time, which keeps your readers happy.
What Do I Need?
The only thing you need is a domain name. Snoskred recommends GoDaddy for purchasing a domain name - this is because Snoskred has several domain names of her own registered with GoDaddy, and she has screenshots of how you set things up, to make it easier.
How Do I Sign Up?
Contact Snoskred via the Contact Form or alternatively you can email Snoskred at snoskred.blog@fraudstars.info. Please include -
- Your domain name (if you have one)
- The location of your current blog
- What kind of internet browser you use
- Your screen resolution - from your computer desktop, right click on your screen, choose properties and look at the settings tab. In there you will see screen resolution. The numbers are written underneath it are your screen resolution.
Terms Of Service
Our server is hosted on The Planet. Therefore we are bound by The Planet’s terms of service. They are fairly standard. It is worthwhile having a read through them so that you are aware of what they are, and you can do that by clicking here - it is a .pdf file.
Tips -
Sometimes people feel like Snoskred deserves more money than she’s asking - it is a lot of work to put these blogs together. People often ask Snoskred if they can tip her some extra money. Snoskred feels quite strange about it, but it is completely up to you. Please make sure to let Snoskred know when you make the payment if you have included a tip, and how much the tip was.
