This just doesn’t seem to square with the thoughts of modern humans, or the mass of them. The prevailing philosophy/thought is, it seems to me: “Somebody will think of something so that I don’t have to change a single, solitary thing, and can continue to do things the way I’ve been doing them.”
Sadly, political “will” has disappeared from our planet, and those in authority seem to think that if only they can keep the masses thinking as I’ve just posited they do, they can stay in power as long as they want to.
