Entrecard - Are You On Board?

There’s a new trend taking over the blogosphere just lately. It’s called Entrecard. I’ve joined up and put the widget on my site, and have seen a healthy increase in new visitors to the site.

Sephy wrote a great post that tells you how to get started with Entrecard, and Ben Barden wrote a fantastic post - Blogging Networks - Entrecard - which gives you plenty of info about how to use it and what Entrecard is all about.

Entrecard has inspired me to get back into visiting blogs again rather than using an RSS reader, which can only be a good thing I think. You might want to check it out - at the very least put the widget on your site so people can drop by and leave their card. If you have a card and you haven’t dropped by my site, the widget is now in my sidebar, so leave your card! :)

    I’ve actually been amazed at what Entrecard has done for my blog. But what I have been astonished about is how I have found some incredible blogs that I’ve never seen on any other social networking site. So, even though my blog is receiving added traffic and increasing subscriber numbers, I’ve been thrilled to find these other blogs to participate and subscribe to as well. I really believe you will enjoy Entrecard, as well as your readers.

    Thanks for the link, Snoskred! :) Entrecard has been a great boost for my blog, and through Entrecard, I’ve found lots of blogs I enjoy. It’s a very good community.

    It’s been working out great for me. I have only purchased one ad right now. I am saving my points for when I need them most.

    OK you convinced me. After the debacle that was BlogRush, I figured if it’s passed the Snoskred test, it must be ok!

    I have gotten a lot of good traffic through Entrecard, too. And a lot of repeat visitors, which is nice.
