The Sun Always Shines On TV – a-ha

How can I even begin to speak about a-ha and Morten Harket? Long time readers of the blog will know I am a HUGE Morten fan. Rather than put the expected Take On Me video here, which most people think of when they think of a-ha in the 80′s, I have put The Sun Always Shines On TV instead.

A-ha went on to have a successful career in Norway after the rest of the world mostly forgot they existed. If you were a fan of the band it is likely you would enjoy the music of theirs that you never had a chance to hear. Have a look around on you tube, you’ll find some of their newer music. They still exist as a band today and they have a website. I also found this lovely tribute to them via their website which is in Norwegian as well as English.
