Ali – I never knew that – thanks for commenting and letting me know! It’s a little closer to Sydney than Melbourne, though? 3 hours to Sydney and maybe 4 hours to Melbourne?

Ms Batville – It’s lucky I won’t have to take the test then.. hehe realistically though I could do with the knowledge I think!

Christine – I think we all feel that way most of the time – there’s just not enough hours in the day.

Canberra’s where it is because it’s half-way between Sydney and Melbourne and a location where politicians from neither city gain an advantage. Seriously! The Sydney/Melbourne rivalry is as old as the two cities.
