That quote sounds like an excellent idea. I spent a lot of my shy childhood assuming that other kids wouldn’t like me so why should I try to get to know them. Even now I often have to kick start myself.That’s the silver lining in my grey cloud job. I HAVE to smile and say hello to each customer.
