During the week I spotted this incredible shot in my sidebar from airliners.net – all I can say is WOW. Look at the people ducking under the plane! The wake turbulence from a plane that big flying over your head that low.. it must have been an incredible experience.
Here’s another shot taken just seconds later from a different angle, see all the sand getting kicked up from the wake turbulence? That’s one heck of a way to exfoliate. ;)
Funny Search Terms This Week –
Just when I thought I had seen all the sexual fetishes that existed on the internet, a new search term came to me as a surprise this week. I must say I got a good laugh out of this one, though the mental image I can do without.. ;)
crapping in a codpiece – I did once mention the word codpiece, in my “The Pirate Movie” review. Still, I can’t seem to find myself in the search results for it.
giving baby whiskey – STILL! Every time I see this I feel like I have to say don’t do it!
if you deposit and spend money on a counterfeit check can you be arrested? – Absolutely you can – it is very likely.
dream kangaroo attacking chasing – Sounds like some kind of nightmare. :)
Here On The Blog –
The big news in Snoskredland this week is We’re Moving at long last. Yay! Many of you know we’ve been looking for a place in our dream location for a while now.
On Think Tank Tuesday, I spoke about 14 Reasons Readers Unsubscribe From Your Blog and Sephy spoke about Tuesday Think Tank: All About RSS – if you missed his post be sure to check it out because it was fantastic.
I mentioned how I have a big.. camera lens .. it’s not how big it is, it’s what you do with it, right?
I Challenged Ya’all to compliment great service and products you love – note there’s some pics of the new place we’re moving to in that post. I also spoke about some of our past Neighbours.
And finally yesterday I Thanked The West Wing.
Past Snoskred –
Someone sent me an email this week about a post they’d read of mine from the new Snoskred Is sidebar – Prince Harry and his *ahem* large family jewels – I thought I’d share it with ya’all again. Also, I’m a bad daughter – and I still am a bad daughter, setting those little popup reminders :)
Coming Up –
I had so many blog links this week I’ve kept them for tomorrow’s Blog Hints post. Also in that post, I will reveal why Snoskred refers to herself in the third person so often – it isn’t what you think.
This coming Think Tank Tuesday the topic will be Blog Templates. I’ve got a great post on things your readers might be seeing when they look at your blog. Sephy will be covering a few basics on how to change Blogger templates.
On Wednesday the Hump Day Hmmm topic is School – I’ve already written my post.. Please feel free to take on the Hump Day Hmmm, all are welcome.
On Thursday we will be having a surprise guest post! If anyone reading this would like to put up their hand as a guest poster over the next 2 weeks while I’m moving, shoot me an email. :) I’ve asked a few people personally to guest post for me but I’d love to hear from anyone who would like to try it.
As you can probably tell, I have pre-blogged a lot of this. ;) I’ll be busy packing up the house but I’m not going to leave my loyal readers without something to read.

Hi Snoskred! Love your weekly wrap ups and spend heaps of time checking out stuff I missed, dont know how you keep on top of it all – but Well done!
Just so you know, I love love love this weekly wrap up you do. I often end up frittering away over an hour checking out the interesting links. Thanks and keep it up!
I just want to tell you also that I really enjoy your weekly wrap-ups!
By the airport here in Las Vegas, there’s a parking lot with a great view of the 7/25 runways. Lots of times (in the cooler weather of course) there will be some photographers out there. I’ve become acquainted with them, and they told me they put their photos on JetPhotos.net. I looked around on that site, and found some amazing photos – at the same airport of the ones you posted! I’m not much of a beach bum and I have no desire to go to the Caribbean, but I do want to go to St. Maarten just to visit that beach and see some way cool up close landings.
Lavender – I just try to be organised with copying the links and titles across as soon as I know they belong in the wrap up. :)
Tornwordo – Thanks! ;) I wrote a great article on how to make your own wrap ups, maybe you should consider giving it a try? It doesn’t have to be weekly. :)
Daisy – Thanks! ;)
Kirsten – I am one of those people who hangs out near runways taking photos. That is, when we can get into the city to be near the runway. :)
I also want to get to that beach.. it looks incredible and when you add planes into the equation, how couls I resist it? :)
Thanks for the comments all! ;)
