Two new fake checks
that I have received from scammers have been uploaded and they look something like this - the top one is from the check scammer who sent me yesterdays hilarious threat..
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE - I use a safe mail address to receive mail from scammers. It is NOT safe to just give them your home address. Scammers are dangerous criminals who have been known in the past to kidnap, torture, and kill victims of their scams. If you mess with them and they live in your country, or perhaps they have some mates who live in your country, you could find criminals coming to you as a surprise on your doorstep. This is NOT a good kind of surprise.
Scambaiters have, in the past, given out fax numbers to their work address and the scammers turned up at their work place. If you have any thoughts of becoming a scambaiter, scambaits.com has a mentor program and they will teach you how to bait safely, including hiding your IP address when sending emails, using safe email addresses, and as a member of scambaits.com you have access to their safe mail boxes *for free* which is fantastic.
